Your Sound Mechanics product is guaranteed for a period of 24 months from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects subject to the following conditions. Any part found to be defective as a result of a manufacturing defect will be, at the sole discretion of Quinceton Corporation, repaired or replaced at no charge.
Except to the extent prohibited by applicable law, this Limited Warranty shall be the exclusive manufacturer warranty. Neither this limited warranty nor any other warranties, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, any implied warranty of merchantability or of fitness for any particular purpose, shall extend beyond the period of twenty-four months from the date of purchase.
The liability of Quinceton Corporation is limited solely and exclusively to repair or replacement as stated herein. Quinceton Corporation shall not be liable, by virtue of this Limited Warranty or otherwise, for any loss or damage arising out of the use or inability to use this product or for any incidental or consequential damages relating in any way to this audio equipment.
The warranty does not cover defects arising from incorrect or abusive use of the product or resulting from accidents or mishandling. In order to benefit from this Limited Warranty, you will be required to present the original sales receipt issued by an authorised Sound Mechanics retailer. Any modification or alteration of the product will render the warranty null and void.
